**Please ship out your defective product once you have acquired the RMA Number. RMA Numbers will expire after 21 business days, starting on the day we issue your RMA Number via email. PowerColor needs to receive your defective card within 21 business days. If we receive your defective product but the RMA Number has been expired, your RMA will be rejected. If you have not shipped out your product and the RMA Number will be expiring soon, please re-submit your RMA Application for a new RMA Number**

If you are using Windows 7 then simply use the Snipping Tool located under Accessories to take a screenprint of your invoice. If you are NOT using Windows 7 then simply use the PRNT SCRN key on your keyboard to take a screenshot, and then paste that screenshot into Microsoft Paint and then save the picture as a JPEG.
